Holding a degree in Business Administration from UQTR, Jean-François Bleau founded Fontainebleau Immobilier in 2003. With extensive experience in the commercial and industrial real estate sector, he specializes in sales, purchases, leasing, and property management.
Since 1998, he has managed a portfolio of over 1.4 million square feet. Throughout his career, he has played a key role in the development of hundreds of thousands of square feet of new industrial and commercial buildings in the Greater Montreal area, including Laval, the North Shore, and the South Shore. From project design to building management, he has been actively involved in development, leasing, drafting contractual documents, lease promises, lease negotiations, as well as project management and property administration.
