With more than 30 years of industrial real estate experience, Jean Russo specializes in all aspects of industrial brokerage including land acquisition, build-to-suit and existing facilities, disposition of surplus properties as well as industrial investment sales. Ms. Russo's clients range from Fortune 500 corporations to regional and local companies and she has represented clients in over 664 industrial transactions (sales and leasing assignments) representing more than 33 million square feet of industrial properties and land sites of over 544 acres.
Ms. Russo graduated with a Master of Arts from the University of Illinois, as well as a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida. She was the past President of the North Texas Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). She is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR), the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CCIM), the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) and the Rotary International.
