Samuel Abrams is an accomplished Realtor with more than 15 years of experience boasting extensive knowledge of the commercial real estate industry. His expertise spans across various areas, including development, construction, brokerage (leasing and sales), property investment, and property management.
Driven by his family's esteemed background in real estate, Samuel was naturally drawn to the industry, inspired by the successful careers of his father and grandfather. He looks forward to carrying on the tradition of excellence they have established.
Samuel holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from William Paterson University, which has contributed to his ability to understand and empathize with his clients on a deeper level. In addition, he is conversational in both Spanish and French, allowing him to effectively communicate and serve a diverse clientele.
In his free time, Samuel actively participates in his community. He is involved in the Annual Buddy Walk hosted by the Wyckoff YMCA. When he is not assisting clients or engaging with the community, Samuel enjoys spending quality time with his family. Samuel finds great fulfillment in being a caring husband and devoted father to three children.
Currently residing in Wyckoff with his wife, Samuel grew up in Franklin Lakes and attended high school in Oakland. This background has made him exceptionally familiar with the "FLOW" area, enabling him to offer invaluable insights to clients seeking properties in this region.

Sam's father Jeff is a licensed real estate broker in New York & New Jersey and a partner in numerous privately held real estate companies. He has been active with and served on the board of directors of various community organizations including the Greater Paterson Chamber of Commerce, The Daughter’s of Miriam and the Hamilton Partnership for Paterson.
