Bio
Jeff joined SECURE in 2011. Previously, Jeff was a Vice President in the Leasing Department at Trefoil Properties, where he procured tenants and negotiated leases, for Trefoil’s office and retail portfolio. Prior to Trefoil, Jeff was a Leasing Representative, for the Wolfson Verrichia Group’s, Walmart anchored shopping centers and executed leasing assignments with national and regional retailers.
After receiving his MBA at Richmond, The American International University in London, Jeff was an analyst in the Investment Banking Group at Prudential Securities in New York City, where he worked in the Health Care Group, participating in capital raising efforts such as initial public offerings and private debt placements. From there, he entered the real estate industry at his family’s brokerage company where he worked in the residential and industrial sectors.
