Jeff co-founded North Rock Real Estate in 2012 and has since completed over 500,000s square feet of brokerage transactions, $250MM in new development, and expanded the firm's property management operations to roughly 25 properties. His experience includes landlord and tenant representation, development of office, retail, senior housing and multifamily, and full-service property management of all commercial property types. Jeff opened the firm's Rochester, MN office in 2015 and leads that office, which has become a local market leader for commercial real estate services. Jeff graduated from the University of New Hampshire where he received a Bachelor of Science from the Peter T. Paul School of Business & Economics.
