Bio
Jeff served as Development Manager at Loudermilk Companies located in Atlanta, GA focusing on the development of residential condominiums in Midtown and Buckhead. While at Loudermilk Companies, he managed the development of a 20-unit luxury condominium mixed-use development in the heart of Midtown. He most recently helped manage the pre-sales marketing campaign and architectural design of a 57-unit luxury condominium mixed-use development in the heart of Buckhead. Before his shift to the development side of the company, he managed the leasing and operations of the Loudermilk Companies’ portfolio of office and retail as well as a heavy involvement with the company’s parking operations arm. Prior to his focus in development and asset management he worked in the accounting side of Loudermilk Companies as the controller.
Jeff received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Georgia State University. He enjoys spending his spare time outdoors with his family and the weekly family movie night.
