Jeff Clawson is the founder of AustinVestors Property Management and a Central Texas real estate investor focused on sourcing, operating, and positioning high-upside assets across the Austin and Hill Country markets.
With a portfolio spanning residential investments, short-term rental properties, and large land tracts, Jeff brings a unique operator’s perspective to every transaction. His team actively manages assets from lease-up through stabilization and repositioning, allowing him to identify opportunities that others often overlook.
Jeff specializes in properties with multiple value drivers — including income-producing assets with development potential, land in the path of growth, and unique “trophy” properties near major demand drivers such as Circuit of the Americas and the Southeast Austin corridor.
