Jeff Coburn is a Medical Office and Creative Office Specialist and the current President of the SIOR Greater Los Angeles Chapter (2024-2026). With over 25 years of commercial real estate experience, he specializes in the sale and leasing of Office and Medical Office properties in Greater Long Beach, South Bay, and West Orange County. Recognized for expertise in medical office transactions and creative office developments, Mr. Coburn’s value-add approach and strong work ethic have established his exceptional reputation in the industry. Strategically located on the LA/Orange County line, he represents landlord/seller and tenant/buyer clients in medical office, creative office, and general office transactions across the South Bay, Greater Long Beach, and West Orange County markets.
CAREER SUMMARY
In October 2009, Mr. Coburn joined Lee & Associates as Senior Vice President and Principal, playing a pivotal role in opening the firm’s Long Beach office. He co-leads the Office Services Group, representing local and regional ownerships throughout Greater Long Beach and West Orange County. Mr. Coburn gained his first few years of experience in the industry at Matlow-Kennedy Commercial, Newmark & Company and Charles Dunn Company.
