Transactions have included major acquisitions and dispositions of both owned and leased properties. Notable transactions include the corporate headquarters relocation of Altria Group from New York City to Richmond, a land acquisition for a 1,600,000 sq. ft. Hewlett Packard facility, and the disposition of over 5,000,000 sq. ft. of office and industrial properties.
