Jeff Dowdell joined The Telos Group, LLC in May 2021. A 20 year industry veteran Jeff previously spent seven years at Transwestern Commercial Services where he was a Top Producer on the downtown agency leasing team representing a wide range of both institutional and entrepreneurial ownership groups including BentallGreenOak, Sumitomo, STRS Ohio, and Condor Partners. Before transitioning to the Agency side of the business Jeff spent seven years as a Tenant rep broker at CBRE and UGL Equis (now Cushman Wakefield) bringing his current clients a unique perspective from both sides of the transaction. Jeff’s experience includes negotiations totaling over 3 million square feet (MSF) with total transaction value exceeding $3.0 Billion. Over his Agency Leasing career in Chicago Jeff has been involved with office leasing assignments totaling over 8 MSF completing leases of all sizes, complexities, and industry types. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from George Mason University in Virginia.
