Jeff Eisenhart serves as a Director of Portfolio Accounts in Savills Dallas office, responsible for portfolio strategy and executing transactions for a national architectural, engineering, and construction firm.
Jeff brings over 18 years of commercial real estate experience to his client accounts. He began his career as a broker, serving Trammel Crow Company as well as Colliers Turley Martin Tucker and Block Hawley in St. Louis before joining Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Occupier Services division. Jeff has managed several high-profile portfolio accounts, managing and delivering reporting, service line integration, and transaction management for clients domestically and around the world. Some of his key clients include Colony Realty Partners, Cobalt Capital, SiteOne Landscape Supply, and Harley Davidson.
