Manage marketing efforts and ground lease process of land holdings. Work directly with council on lease agreements, easements and eminent domain/condemnation litigation. Facilitate research on sales/leasing comps, property ownership, easements, encumbrances, and deed restrictions. Work with council on CC&R creation, reciprocal parking easements, utility easements, long term ground lease negotiation, and license agreements. Oversee all aspects of pad development for ground lease tenants (fast food, QSR’s, etc) such as wet/dry utility location and installation, soil survey and pad excavation/preparation. Represent Landlord in securing special use permits. Major tenants include In-N-Out Burger and Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Chevron/Terrible Herbst
