Jeff Hancock is a Partner and Commercial Real Estate Broker with William Wright Commercial Real Estate Services in Kelowna. With more than 17 years of experience in commercial real estate, he specializes in development consulting, feasibility analysis, income-producing properties, and land consolidation opportunities.
Prior to joining William Wright Commercial, Jeff served as Real Estate Services Manager with the City of Kelowna, where he oversaw the acquisition and disposition of municipally owned properties and managed a team responsible for a land portfolio valued at more than $1.2 billion. This public-sector leadership experience provided extensive expertise in land use, development strategy, and real estate asset management.
