Bio
Jeff joined PacTrust as Chief Financial Officer in 2025 and brought with him over 20 years of real estate finance and accounting experience. Jeff previously served as the Chief Financial Officer of a publicly traded REIT based in Los Angeles, California that owned and operating nearly 30 million square feet of industrial, flex, and office properties in various markets throughout the United States, and prior to that was Senior Vice President at a separate publicly traded REIT based in Scottsdale, Arizona focused on owning and operating single-family residential real estate located in various markets throughout the United States. Jeff began his career in public accounting and spent nearly ten years working at Ernst & Young, LLP in San Francisco, California.
Jeff is a native Oregonian and after graduating high school in the Portland area went on to study Finance at the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. He later went on to receive his MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Jeff is a Certified Public Accountant and currently serves on the Finance Advisory Board at the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
