As a Founding Principal of Industry Real Estate Partners, Jeff Henson leads all phases of Disposition and Acquisition Services with a sole focus on helping investors, building owners and companies buy and sell office, industrial and manufacturing properties across the Southeast.
He began his career in 2009, joining CBRE, Inc., and was a member of one of the city’s largest third party agency leasing teams, where he helped lease and market nearly 20 million SF of Metro Atlanta office and industrial space. From 2013 to 2020, he assumed the role of Senior Vice President for Lincoln Property Company where he successfully facilitated hundreds of transactions valued in excess of $500 MM. With the goal of bringing this wide breadth of institutional experience and a grass roots approach to life in a new boutique setting, Jeff founded Industry Real Estate Partners alongside his two partners Chip and Stephen in 2021.
A Gainesville native, Jeff has always taken his career in real estate seriously. He dedicated his first three years after graduating high school to garnering real world real estate experience working for a local real estate developer before attending the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. He earned his B.B.A from UGA in Real Estate and successfully walked onto the Georgia Bulldogs Football team as a starting long snapper. Earning a full athletic scholarship after only one year with the team, Jeff went on to become a three year letterman. A licensed real estate broker in the State of Georgia, Jeff is a multi-year member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors’ million dollar club, an active Buckhead Church member, and Georgia Football Letterman’s Club honoree. He currently resides in Atlanta with his wife, Alicia and their children, Hadley and Hayden.
