Jeff Hines joined SVN|Northern Commercial/Kaiser Land Co as a broker in 2019. When he
assisted a client complete an eighteen parcel, 1300 acre, 1031 exchange in just over a year which resulted in a 200 acre net gain in tillable acres, he knew he had found his niche. As an advisor, his diverse experience - combined with excellent communication and analytical skills - enable him to provide strategic advice to a rapidly expanding and diverse client base.
Jeff began his real estate career as a property manager and developer. His first project
was a 66 acre Mixed-Use PUD with 169 homes and 10 acres zoned commercial. His investments vary from farm ground to NNN Retail.
Prior to CRE, Jeff spent 15 years in the Media and Brand Management as a brand manager, writer/producer, and freelance voice talent. He followed that with 12 years as a Major Account Rep in the Food Processing and Industrial Hygiene markets. Both periods, while different in nature, were essentially the same in function: Quickly learn the client's industry and business, then help them either sell more or clean quicker and more efficiently; in other words...Solve their problems. Jeff is a relational problem solver. He works hard to understand his client’s unique situations and he create solutions for them.
Jeff and his wife Kim have two grown children and one grandchild and reside on the family farm in Lizton. When not working, they enjoy taking care of the farm, traveling and reading.
