Jeffrey W. Hurvitz is a Portfolio Manager, overseeing fund operations for a portfolio of over 20 million square feet of commercial assets across the United States with a focus on government and government supported tenancy. Additionally, Jeff leads Real Estate Development and Disposition activities across the real estate platform. Jeff formerly served as an Asset Manager with the firm, directing all daily operations, property management, new and renewal leasing, lease administration, capital expenditures, and reporting for a portfolio of assets totaling 3.4 million square feet valued at over $1.2 billion.
Prior to joining Boyd Watterson in April of 2019, Jeff was a Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) on the Government Investor Services brokerage team. Jeff also has experience as a Registered Representative with a national securities broker-dealer.
