Jeff is a commercial real estate broker in the Chicago Market with over 20 years experience. In 2002, he and nine other industrial brokers from four different companies formed Lee & Associates of Illinois. Prior to forming Lee, he was with Colliers International (formerly Colliers, Bennett & Kahnweiler) for six years, attaining the position of Senior Associate.
Jeff has been recognized for his excellence in real estate many times. During his career, he has been awarded the following:
• Annually Jeff is among the top industrial producers within Lee & Associates' 65+ national offices
• CoStar Power Broker Award multiple years
• Finalist for NAIOP Industrial Development of the Year representing Bystronic, Inc. This 162,875 SF facility in Hoffman Estates, IL serves as a Customer New Experience Center / North American Headquarters.
• Frank J.
