Jeff has an extensive background in real estate marketing, leasing, and contract negotiation. He has worked closely with many national and regional retailers and landlords including Walmart, ShopRite, Macy’s, The UPS Store, Tengda Asian Bistro, Just-A-Buck, Choice Pet Supply, Kimco, Metropolitan Transportation Authority, Grade A Markets of CT and Murray & Gaunt Partners. Jeff has brokered over 600 transactions throughout the tri-state area and has consulted on 125 “store within a store” leases throughout the country. From 1994-1997 Jeff held the position of Director of Leasing for Macy’s where he was responsible for leasing nearly 800,000 SF throughout the East Coast.
Jeff received an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University and an undergraduate degree from Boston University. He is a licensed real estate broker in New York and Connecticut and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Center.
