With more than 20 years of experience and hundreds of industrial transactions closed since 2003, Jeff advises business owners, property owners, and investors on the sale and lease of warehouse, flex, manufacturing, and distribution facilities.
Jeff is known for guiding owner-users through the full process, from property selection and zoning considerations to contract negotiation, due diligence coordination, and closing execution. He also brings extensive industrial leasing experience, helping landlords maximize occupancy and lease rates while assisting tenants in securing functional space that supports long-term operations.
