Jeff Lanaghan joined Becknell Industrial as SVP - Development & Investments in March 2025.
With more than 30 years of extensive experience in real estate and capital development, leasing, and asset management, Jeff plays a key role in executing Becknell’s acquisition and development strategies that drive the growth of the Company’s portfolio. Jeff focuses on Midwest Region build-to-suit projects, leasing speculative warehouse space, and identifying strategic land parcels to support future growth.
Throughout his career, he has collaborated with Fortune 500 companies, overseeing the design and construction of projects totaling over 15 million square feet and approximately $900 million in market value.
Jeff is a member of the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE) and Chapter President of Ducks Unlimited.
