Jeff oversees management services for 50 percent of American Campus Communities’ owned and ACE® properties, holding ultimate financial and corporate responsibility and ensuring the student experience lives up to our brand promise. His role encompasses business operations, facilities maintenance, marketing and leasing, residence life, student development, staffing, and support for all regional managers and field community staff in his portfolio. He also oversees the development of annual property and strategic plans, implementation of our annual lease up, and coordination of terms.
Jeff began his student housing career in 1991, working as a resident assistant, then resident director, at Dobie Center near The University of Texas at Austin. After graduation, Jeff held multiple management positions with Century Property Management Company. He then joined ACC as general manager for our Southgate community at Florida State University, went on to become regional manager, and has held increasing responsibilities ever since.
