A licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Oregon since early 2007 and a Principal Broker since 2024. Jeff has successfully negotiated sales of multimillion-dollar investment grade transaction in Oregon and across the US. Additionally, he successfully negotiated sales of Hospitality, Net Leased investment, bare ground developments as well as sales/leases of industrial, retail, and office buildings.
Jeff is focused on Hospitality, Net Leased investment, owner/occupied investments, helping Landlords prepare their property to sale through lease up, as well as land for development projects.
