Jeffrey Minich is the Division Land President at Lennar, overseeing land acquisition and strategy across Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, and the DC Metro area. With more than two decades of experience in residential land acquisition, Jeffrey brings deep market knowledge and a proven ability to source, evaluate, and execute land investments that support long-term growth. Since joining Lennar in 2010, he has steadily advanced through leadership roles, including Vice President and Senior Vice President of Land Acquisition.
Throughout his career, Jeffrey has managed complex land portfolios and driven expansion in highly competitive markets. Prior to Lennar, he spent over seven years with K. Hovnanian® Homes in land acquisition roles. Jeffrey holds a degree in Finance and Economics from West Virginia University and is recognized for his strengths in contract negotiation, deal structuring, and strategic land investment leadership.
