Bio
Jeff serves as the Investment Specialist with the Net Leased Properties Group for Marcus & Millichap's Downtown Los Angeles office. Jeff began his career in 2004 with CB Richard Ellis specializing in the leasing of commercial property throughout the San Fernando Valley, and joined Marcus & Millichap in January 2013 to better serve some of his core clients achieve their investment goals.
During his last 6 years with the firm, Jeff has proven himself as an invaluable resource for his clients, sourcing opportunities with some of the most highly coveted credit tenants in the industry, including: Trader Joe's, Home Depot, Kroger, LA Fitness, Chick-Fil-A, CVS, Walgreens, and Rite Aid to name a few. With Jeff's background in evaluating complex lease transactions for occupiers, he offers a unique perspective to his clients in an attempt to help them maximize the value of their assets.
On a local level, Jeff is actively involved in the community as a member of the Tournament of Roses Association ("white suiter") in Pasadena, CA, and a graduate of the University of California Santa Barbara where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and History.
