Jeff Nebrat serves as City Partner and head of Weitzman’s Austin office, where he is responsible for the day-to-day operations and strategic leadership of the firm’s Central Texas platform. In this role, he oversees development, acquisitions, asset management, property management, and brokerage services across the Austin market. Under his leadership, Weitzman is responsible for a managed portfolio of approximately 3.6 million square feet and a leasing portfolio of approximately 10.1 million square feet in Central Texas. His responsibilities include operational oversight, capital and redevelopment strategy, asset performance, and coordination across brokerage and property management teams.
Nebrat has been with Weitzman since 2002 and has played a key role in the firm’s long-term growth in Austin. Prior to his current role, he served as Director of Asset and Property Management for the Austin office, where he directed asset management for a portfolio of approximately 2.4 million square feet of retail and commercial properties and oversaw property management and construction services. Since joining the firm, Nebrat has been involved in the development, redevelopment, and acquisition of approximately 1.1 million square feet of commercial real estate, supporting both stabilized assets and value-add projects. His background combines operational management, legal training, and transaction oversight, allowing him to guide complex real estate initiatives across the full asset lifecycle.
