Jeff Oesterblad joined IQHQ in January 2024 as Senior Vice President of Leasing. In this role, he will be leading IQHQ's national leasing initiatives. Prior to joining IQHQ, Mr. Oesterblad was at CBRE where he specialized in representing institutional landlords and corporate occupiers throughout San Diego County, with market focal points including Downtown, Mission Valley, I-15 Corridor and UTC. With about two decades of multi-tenant office experience, Mr. Oesterblad established himself as a market expert in assisting landlords and investors with all facets of space acquisition, lease analysis, disposition and overall real estate planning. His client list included: American Assets Trust, DivcoWest, Gemini-Rosemont, Hines, Kearny Real Estate, Kilroy Realty, LaSalle Investment Management, Lincoln Property Company, MetLife, Pendulum Property Partners, Peregrine Realty Partners, Price Charities, Rivendell Global, Rockwood Capital and Swift Real Estate Partners. Past clients include: Blackstone, Casey Brown Company, Cruzan, Irvine Company and Lionstone Investments. Prior to joining CBRE in early 2016, Mr. Oesterblad was an office leasing professional with the San Diego office of Cushman & Wakefield. During his tenure at C&W, he managed some of the premier commercial agency leasing teams in the County. Since 2007, Jeff aided in the completion of over 20 million square feet of lease and sale transactions with considerations totaling in excess of $5 billion.
