Jeff Scroggins has built his career around a simple principle: helping clients find the right
solution for their unique needs.
He began in the creative industry as a photographer and creative director, spending more
than a decade working with global luxury brands such as AT&T, Four Seasons, Gensler,
Marriott, and Ritz-Carlton. This experience shaped his ability to understand discerning clients
and communicate value at the highest level.
He later co-founded a luxury interior design firm that grew to over $6M in revenue in under
five years, delivering projects across premier resort markets throughout the U.S. That success
was driven by the same client-first philosophy Jeff brings to every relationship -- listening
carefully, aligning strategy with goals, and executing with intention.
Jeff is committed to continuous growth, investing in ongoing education across real estate,
business development, and human relationships. Guided by strong mentors -- and now
mentoring others -- he brings a thoughtful, elevated perspective to every client interaction.
Having lived in Breckenridge since 1998 (with time in the Dallas/ Fort Worth area before
returning in 2016), Jeff offers deep, firsthand knowledge of Colorado?s premier resort
markets, including Summit County, the Vail Valley, Aspen, and Winter Park. His experience
allows him to guide clients with clarity and insight -- helping them confidently identify and
secure the right mountain property for their lifestyle and long-term goals.
