Since 1986, Mr. Cunningham has focused his career on building and managing successful medical properties. He has formed investment partnerships, acquired land, developed medical properties, orchestrated debt placement, managed successful leasing programs, brokered countless tenant leases, and acted as both an asset and property manager for his clients. He received his MBA from USC and BA from UCLA. He is a member of BOMA, the UCLA Real Estate Alumni Group, and USC Real Estate Alumni and Friends. He is a licensed real estate broker and has been a guest lecturer at the USC School of Architecture.
