Jeffrey Garza Walker joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2025. He is a seasoned industrial real estate expert specializing in global portfolio management, with a focus on North and Latin America. As a U.S. Armed Forces veteran and a Phoenix Business Journal 40 Under 40 recipient, he has overseen more than 700 million SF of industrial portfolio assignments, including 500M SF in the U.S., 100M SF in Mexico, and 100M SF in Latin America. His expertise spans site selection, lease negotiations, project management, and on-site tours across multiple countries. Prior to joining SRS, Jeffrey held a leadership role at NAI Horizon as Executive Managing Director. He has also served as Senior Vice President at Cresa and Senior Corporate Real Estate Director APL Logistics.
