Jeff joined Emerald Hospitality in 2010 and serves as Chief Development Officer. He leads efforts to identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including acquisitions and third-party management partnerships. He conducts initial property analyses and oversees the acquisition process from Letter of Intent through closing.
Jeff also manages Emerald’s online presence and coordinates legal matters in his ongoing role as in-house counsel, advising on contracts, transactions, and overseeing outside counsel when needed.
He directs charitable contributions through the Emerald Foundation, aligning donations with associate-supported causes in the communities Emerald serves.
Jeff earned his law degree cum laude from Michigan State University College of Law and holds a bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University.
