Bio
Jeff Keppert is the Chief Executive Officer of NuMarc, where he leads the company’s consulting and real estate acquisition activities. He brings more than two decades of experience in the real estate industry, supported by a background that spans appraisal, commercial brokerage, right-of-way services, and real estate consulting. His work includes managing acquisition, valuation, permitting, due diligence and development processes across multiple sectors throughout the Central and Western United States.
In addition to his leadership at NuMarc, Keppert has participated extensively in both public- and private-sector transactional work, negotiating complex agreements and easements to secure property rights for various types of projects. His experience also includes previous roles such as Director at Jacobsen|Daniels and project-focused positions within energy and infrastructure-related organizations, which broadened his expertise in managing large-scale real estate initiatives.
Keppert holds an MBA from EU Business School and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Management from California State University, East Bay. His interdisciplinary approach and ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders continue to inform his work in guiding complex property-related assignments.
