Bio
The TRC team is led by JJ Lamberson, TRC’s founder and President. JJ oversees all aspects of the development process. He routinely visits potential markets to assess site feasibility and supervises the development managers, real estate managers, brokers, and design and construction team for each project. Knowing each client’s goals and being knowledgeable of every deal every step of the way, JJ is able to engineer deals that meet each client’s unique criteria. JJ has earned the designations of CRX (Certified Retail Property Executive) and CDP (Certified Development, Design and Construction Professional) from ICSC. Prior to forming TRC, JJ was a partner in several grocery-anchored and lifestyle shopping centers throughout the Southeast. He also served in various positions including VP and CFO of a regional real estate development and investment banking firm for 10 years, participating in the financing, development and asset management of over 50 shopping centers in 8 states. Those projects totaled over 3 million square feet and were valued at over $360 million.
