Bio
Jeffrey Larsen is a seasoned real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry and proud member of REBNY, Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors, LI Board of Realtors and REIA NYC. Being well-rounded, Jeff considers himself a "Hybrid Broker" having experience in New York's commercial real estate investment sales and retail leasing, as well as an extensive experience in New York City's residential real estate market.
Jeff has worked as a real estate developer, advisor, property manager, as well as an investor in properties for both commercial and residential real estate industries. These experiences coupled with his Banking and Finance background as a Lending Relationship Manager and Branch Manager at various Tri-State companies helps him provide his clients with a unique and invaluable client-focused experience, centered on achieving financial success. He has a passion for helping people and assisting in making major financial decisions, which is evident through his kind and charming professional demeanor. Jeff's business was created through dedication, communication, transparency and trust. A model that has helped him rise, but most importantly, one that focuses on his clients' real estate needs.
Born in the Manhattan and raised in both the Bronx and Long Island, Jeff is true New Yorker. As a native New Yorker, he has intimate knowledge of the area and a strong desire to make his home, your home. His parents emigrated from Ghana, West Africa, and Jamaica, West Indies. Jeff graduated from Pace University and enjoys exercising, running, playing golf, reading, cooking and spending time with his family. He sometimes volunteers in soup kitchens, preparing and/or donating food at homeless and women's shelters around the city.
His philosophy could be summarized in one of his favorite quotes by John C. Maxwell:
"People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care."
