As President, Jeff is responsible for overseeing all acquisition and operational activities for Kolter Multifamily. Previously, he led the acquisition, asset management, development, financing, and/or disposition of more than 5,000 multifamily units, valued at over $1.5 billion. Before joining Kolter, Jeff served as Executive Vice President at Florida East Coast Industries and Managing Director at Wood Partners.
