Jeffrey A. Schultz is in his 40th year with the commercial real estate services group of Newmark’s Pittsburgh office. Since joining the company in 1984, Schultz has focused on office leasing, consulting/strategic planning and investment sale assignments for local and national corporations. The depth of his relationships, aptitude for quantitative lease analysis and background in applied marketing programs have allowed Schultz to leverage opportunities and maximize the value of client portfolios.
On a local and national basis, Schultz has successfully developed and implemented commercial real estate solutions for more than 25 million square feet of office space over the course of his career. He has represented such clients as Duane Morris, the FDIC, Home Serve USA, Guardian Protection Services, McKinsey & Company, Merrill Lynch, Nike and Verizon Wireless. The portfolio real estate strategies Schultz has developed, managed and implemented have resulted in significant cost savings for his clients.
Schultz has been named to Newmark’s Circle of Excellence, which comprises the firm’s top 100 producers nationwide. He is also a recipient of the firm’s President’s Council designation, in recognition of his outstanding production and leadership.
