Jeff Sheehan joined Site Selection Group in bringing over 20+ years of consulting experience to his real estate practice. Jeff Specializes in call centers, data centers,land, alternate work sites, bank sites, and telecom facilities along with general office.
Jeff offers extensive experience in site selection, labor studies, saturation analysis, and economic incentive negotiation with a keen understanding of the client's specific facility needs as it relates to mission critical facilities. Jeff has represented technology business firms such as Aegis Communications, Affinitas, Blue Cross Blue Shield, CoSentry, Harris Connect, Hotels.com, Mood Media,and Velocita.
Prior to joining Site Selection Group, Jeff consulted with major companies on a national level throughout his career.
