Bio
Jeff began his real estate career in 2012 as a vice-president with Bergson Strategies, a boutique Mid-town Manhattan real estate firm. He specialized in tenant representation, successfully negotiating office leases for a variety of both local and national clients. Prior to entering real estate Jeff's professional career centered on Wall Street. He was a First Vice-President and intermediate Treasury note trader for an international financial institution and then an independent trader focused on the equity market. Jeff joined Marcus & Millichap in 2015 to work with the French Retail Team as a specialist in multi-tenant retail properties in the northeast region of the country. He has an A.B. in Economics, with honors, from Princeton University and an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from the University of Chicago. Jeff draws on his educational background and prior varied professional experience to assist clients achieve their real estate goals and objectives.
