Jeff has established himself as the top producing broker at Colliers Nebraska and has an exceptional record as a leader brokering well over $1 Billion in transactions. In 2018 he seized this success and became an equity Principal of the firm engaging in a larger position of influence. Jeff specializes in office leasing, investment sales, development services, along with real estate strategy and implementation. Jeff’s experienced background in real estate and his understanding of the Midwestern markets allows him to assist clients during complex real estate transactions. He works with larger corporate tenants, institutional and local owners, private investors, lenders, special servicers, REITs, national and local banks, insurance companies, automotive dealerships, courts and commercial debt restructuring firms.
He has the vision and experience to deliver exceptional results for his clients and he is always looking for new challenges and ways to rethink conventional methods. In his rookie year, Jeff was named Colliers Nebraska’s 2012 Rising Star and was most recently named Colliers Nebraska’s 2022 Broker of the Year. He also earned the coveted Everest Award in 2019, 2021 and 2022, recognizing the top 10 percent of producers nationally each year. He was closely involved in the Colliers Nebraska’s 2012, 2015, 2016 and 2019 Deal of the Year and was recognized for brokering the Commercial Real Estate Summit’s 2014 Deal of the Year. Jeff has positioned himself as a top producer and has spent seven consecutive years atop Colliers Nebraska’s Chairman’s Club from 2013 through 2022.
