Jen grew up in the Bay Area and has been working with Dan at WMG for over 29 years. Early on, she obtained her California Real Estate License and has been helping to build the business ever since. As CEO, she leads by example, taking a hands-on approach with tenants, leasing, and acquisitions while overseeing daily operations of a portfolio totaling nearly 1.5M Sq. Ft. and upwards of 800 units.
