In February 2026, Jenna joined Cousins to lead the Phoenix market as Senior Vice President and Managing Director. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing operations, leasing, and business development in the Phoenix market.
Jenna Borcherding has extensive experience in commercial real estate development, leasing, and strategic relationship management across the Southwest. Prior to joining Cousins, Jenna served as Senior Director at VanTrust Real Estate, where she identified, evaluated, and executed speculative and build to suit development opportunities throughout Arizona and Nevada. She oversaw design, engineering, construction, underwriting, and leasing strategy, while cultivating key relationships with national clients including PepsiCo and Amazon. During her tenure, she managed the development of more than 4.7 million square feet across Arizona and Nevada.
Previously, Jenna worked as an Office Tenant Representation Broker with JLL, completing more than 850,000 square feet of lease negotiations. She also held business development leadership roles at Jokake Construction and DLR Group, where she drove strategic growth, built relationships with corporate tenants and developers, and positioned teams for success in the market. Her career began in private aviation as an interior designer for Dassault Falcon Jet, where she managed design and specifications for more than 50 private and corporate clients.
