Jenna Villalobos, CRME, has been named Senior Vice President & Chief Revenue Officer at OUTRIGGER Hospitality Group. In her expanded role, she oversees enterprise-wide commercial strategy and leads global teams responsible for revenue optimization, CRM, digital distribution, business intelligence, the global contact center, media planning, and partner management. She also guides key initiatives in technology unification, marketing automation, forecasting, pricing, and omnichannel performance. Jenna joined OUTRIGGER in 2017 as Vice President of Revenue Management and was promoted to Senior Vice President of Commercial Strategy in 2022. Over the past 30+ years, she has helped shape commercial and revenue strategy for OUTRIGGER properties across Hawai‘i, Fiji, Thailand, Mauritius, and the Maldives.
A hospitality veteran, Villalobos brings more than three decades of revenue management and reservation sales leadership to her role. Before OUTRIGGER, she held senior roles at KSL Resorts, including Corporate Director of Revenue Optimization and Director of Revenue & Reservations Management, where she led revenue strategy during major renovations and repositioning. Her academic credentials include an Associate of Science and Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University, as well as a Certificate in Revenue Management from Cornell University.
