Bio
Ms. Burns manages major capital projects, portfolio contracted services, and spearheads the firms’ technology initiatives. She also coordinates and facilitates tenant transitions and is an integral part of daily operations. Ms. Burns actively participates in lease negotiations and assists with drafting commercial office leases and retail work-letters.
Prior to Monday Properties, Ms. Burns was a Property Manager at CB Richard Ellis, managing day-to-day operations of a 1 million square foot portfolio in Rosslyn.
Serving as both a member and chairperson, Ms. Burns is involved in numerous industry associations including IREM Chapter 77 and AOBA committees.
Graduating from George Mason University, Ms. Burns has a Bachelor of Arts in government and international politics, with a minor in conflict resolution.
