Jennifer Carlson is an integral member of The Dotan Team with over 13 years of experience in the real estate industry. Jennifer guides clients in every facet of the transaction and assists them throughout the entire lifecycle of homeownership––from renting to buying to selling and investments. She always goes above and beyond to educate clients on all the opportunities available to them and provides the in-depth market analysis needed to make sound decisions, leading her to frequently exceeding expectations.
The Dotan Team incorporates their keen understanding of the local market, knowledge of what buyers are specifically looking for, and their expertise in advising sellers directly into the design, staging, and market positioning of their properties—whether it is a ground-up new development project, townhouse, or resale condo. Prior to real estate, Jennifer obtained a BFA from the University of Hartford to work and travel the world as a professional dancer, choreographer, and artistic director.
Jennifer later moved to New York City and quickly began to explore the different neighborhoods of the city. It wasn’t long after moving to New York that she attained a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Spanish. Jennifer is extremely determined to achieve any goals she sets for herself. With her knowledge of the New York City real estate market, and client experience.
