Jenny Cushing is Vice President of Leasing for Vestar and is responsible for the leasing efforts of assets throughout California, Arizona & Nevada. Prior to Vestar, Jenny was the Vice President of Leasing for American Realty Capital Properties/Cole Real Estate Investments. During her tenure, she was responsible for supervising in-house policies and a network of national brokers and attorneys. She managed a portfolio of 50 shopping centers totaling 10 million sf and successfully negotiated 2 million sf of retail transactions with a value of over $200 million. Jenny performed her undergraduate studies in Communications at Arizona State University and is the recipient of the Quill & Scroll National Journalism Scholarship and the Fraternal Order of Police Scholarship. She is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
