As Managing Director of Asset Management, Jennifer Davis leads a team dedicated to supporting BH Construction representatives, operations, and property owners to maximize returns and execute the underwritten business plan. The department’s responsibilities include regular monitoring of operating performance and renovation status, proactive evaluation of capital transaction opportunities and post-acquisition modeling or reforecasting, as needed. Prior to joining BH, Jennifer was the Senior Vice President of Underwriting and Asset Management for Harbour Realty Partners and its predecessor, Captec Financial Group. While there, she was responsible for transaction underwriting and underwrote more than $885 million in multifamily acquisition/development transactions.
