For more than two decades, Jennifer Faulkner has been helping clients navigate the real estate market throughout the St. Louis and Metro East region. In 2015, she partnered with her daughter, Hannah Fink, creating a dynamic mother-daughter team built on experience, integrity, and a shared passion for helping people find home.
Together, Jennifer and Hannah serve buyers and sellers across Illinois, Missouri, and Florida specializing in everything from first-time homebuyers and relocation clients to luxury properties, acreage, farms, waterfront properties, and new developments. Known for their personalized approach, Jennifer and Hannah understand that every client and every transaction is unique. Jennifer began her professional career as a Registered Nurse after earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She spent 16 years at St. Louis University Medical Center before transitioning into real estate full-time in 2005.
Hannah, an Edwardsville-area resident and homeowner, earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Kent State University, where she competed as a Division I athlete, earned All-American honors, and was later inducted into the Kent State Athletics Hall of Fame. She began her real estate career upon graduation in early 2015
As relocation specialists, Jennifer and Hannah have extensive experience assisting corporate and military transferees and work with many of the nation's leading relocation companies.
