Innovative, personable, and results-driven executive with 25+ years of industry experience. Jennifer began her career as a Leasing Associate and has a wide range of student living, conventional and corporate housing experience. She has successfully overseen the management of new construction, acquisitions, stabilized and rehab communities. Jennifer possesses a strong skill set in financial management, cost control, marketing and advertising, personnel development, and building productive operational teams.
In addition, Jennifer has served as the Student Living Director of People Development, where she developed, trained and implemented Greystar’s educational programs across the country. Jennifer presently serves as Managing Director of Student Living, where her responsibilities include leading and developing Senior Directors, Regional Property Managers, fostering relationships with existing and prospective clients, and overseeing the day-to-day operations, staffing strategies, marketing, leasing and maintenance programs for the Greystar Student Living portfolio.
