Bio
Jen began her commercial real estate career in 2018 as a Marketing Coordinator at Lee & Associates, supporting office leasing professionals. She then spent nearly four years at Cushman & Wakefield as a Brokerage Coordinator on capital markets and industrial leasing assignments, followed by JLL as a Senior Project Coordinator, where she began working with the team she partners with today (Brett Abramson, Chris Latvaaho, and Chris Beall). The group moved together to Stream Realty Partners in 2023, where Jen served as Senior Brokerage Coordinator, before joining Newmark in early 2025. Jen leads the marketing, collateral, and transaction support behind the team's institutional office assignments — from brochures and campaigns to RFPs, listing agreements, and closing coordination. She holds a BA from Washington State University.
