These words have been the foundation of Jennifer’s Real Estate career since being awarded Rookie of the Year for Listings and Sales for the York County Association of Realtors over 30 years ago and key to her business today, having been honored as Agent of the Year for Inch & Co in 2021.
Jennifer has established herself not only as a dedicated and trusted Real Estate professional but also as one who values getting to know her clients and understanding their needs while delivering outstanding service.
While the knowledge of homes and neighborhoods and being able to strongly negotiate successful contracts are important, obtaining results in today's real estate environment takes both a savvy business sense and a true devotion to the personal aspects of the home buying and selling process.
Ongoing education is critical in our ever-changing real estate business. Jennifer has obtained the designations of GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist,) a designation held by only 4% of Realtors in the United States, CSP (Certified Staging Professional,) ePRO, a certification for internet professionalism, & SRES, Senior Real Estate Specialist.
In 1998 Jennifer obtained her Brokers license and owned and operated a successful Real Estate franchise for 10 years with her husband.
As a native to the South-Central Pennsylvania area, growing up in nearby historic Gettysburg in Adams County, Jennifer settled in York after graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Clarion University.
Dedicating time to our community is important to her as well. Jennifer has served as a Board Member of Family Service, and she is actively involved with St. Joseph's Church, Treasurer of the Columbiettes, and serves on the Realtors Association Ethics & Arbitration Panel.
Jennifer offers her clients results from personal experience as well. Throughout her real estate career, she has been personally involved in new construction, investing, and land development. Jennifer and her husband manage over 50 single family, commercial and town home investments. Jennifer also has extensive experience in working with corporate relocation clients with several respected York companies.
When she’s not working, Jennifer enjoys watching her son Tate play soccer at Seton Hill University, savor time at the beach in Avalon NJ, and loves playing bridge and sampling wine and cheese!
